Where it all began…
KyuBeom Yoon is known as the ice prince of the renowned K-pop group, C4. All he wanted was to get away from it all—the lights, the cameras, and the fame that comes with being an idol. And all he wants is Maya Campoy. With Maya, he gets the chance to feel normal, to be loved, to be happy…
Unfortunately, things don’t always go as planned. Years later, he finds himself on a radio show reliving a tale of love and heartbreak, wondering if, at the end of it all, she’ll give him another chance.
I write fantasy romance because there aren’t enough platform in this genre where black women can see themselves! Believe it or not, we exist in this world what makes it so hard to believe that a black woman can’t fall in love or have a lifelong feud with a werewolf? A vampire? Team up with a gargoyle to destroy a coven of witches? Get swept away to a magical world?
I do it all!
I’ve always been a writer. My Pop-Pop was my biggest fan and encouraged my love of reading. From my first stories about talking wolves to my first published novels with witches and lost love. Crafting an enchanting and riveting tale is nothing new to me.
As a black woman, I strive to put us on the forefront of romance novels. To put us in fantastical and daring situations that carve heroines everyone loves to read about.
When I’m not doing anything that has to do with writing; I’m binge watching B rated sci-fi flicks.

Other than being a writer, I fancy myself quite the poet.
When I’m not doing anything that has to do with writing; I’m probably working, I teach the Humanities.
